You would either have to extend the bridge onto the cliff by a tile (which looks weird) to get the character to be considered 'on the bridge', or you should use what's known as SHIFT-MAPPING to place the cliff tile without the associated cliff part along the side that join the bridge. ![]() I believe what the OP was looking for was the CTRL key, which is typically the debug key for allowing a character to pass over impassible terrain.įor your bridge, like kittylitterproduction mentioned, make sure your tiles are set with the proper passibility (they should be), make sure you approach them from the right direction (which I trust you are doing), but you also need to make sure that the tile you are leaving to step onto the bridge also allows you to pass onto it.įor instance, if you have a bridge connecting to the edge of a cliff (which is how they normally work), you won't be able to step off the cliff. ![]()
